The corruption of religious principles within a Muslim community often leads to the prevalence of magic, charms, and superstitious practices. Originally revealed to guide towards divine connection, the Quran is instead misused for worldly gains and manipulation. Historical accounts reveal that during the reign of Prophet Solomon, certain jinn possessed knowledge that was sometimes misused, although Solomon himself remained steadfast in his faith. The narrative extends to the story of two angels, Harut and Marut, sent to Babylon as a final test for humanity, who taught magic while warning against its use. This practice of creating discord between spouses continues today through amulets and spells. True faith dictates that all effects, even those of medicine, originate from Allah's will, and a believer must rely on Allah’s decree. The Quran emphasizes that those who practice magic ultimately achieve no benefit and forfeit their share in the afterlife. The discussion also touches upon the hypocrisy of certain individuals who requested repetition of teachings and the envy exhibited by those who reject divine guidance.
