The Quran describes a hierarchical structure of creation, with angels preceding jinn, and humans being a comparatively recent phenomenon. Jinn, created from smokeless fire, possess greater potential and reach than humans, and inhabit the solar system, capable of traversing it without conventional means. They attempt to intercept divine communications intended for angels, seeking to relay information to soothsayers and fortune-tellers. Allah safeguards the heavens with celestial defenses—often perceived as meteors—to prevent jinn from exceeding their bounds. This cosmic order is maintained by precise balance and measurement, encompassing all of creation. Water, a crucial element for life, cycles through a divine system of evaporation, precipitation, and storage, with glaciers serving as natural reservoirs. The Quran emphasizes that Allah is the sustainer of all beings, providing for them even when humans do not directly contribute to their sustenance. This intricate system demonstrates Allah’s wisdom and knowledge, as He knows those who will embrace the message and those who will decline.
