The Quran emphasizes that justice involves fulfilling one's obligations, while kindness extends beyond that through voluntary generosity. Allah loves those who practice kindness and fulfill the rights of relatives, maintaining good relations with them. These principles—justice, kindness, and kinship—form the bedrock of a virtuous society. The Quran commands adherence to these virtues and prohibits immoral and unjust actions. Immorality is a violation of inner purity, while injustice encompasses oppression, transgression, and disbelief. Allah encourages reflection and remembrance, reminding believers to fulfill their covenants, particularly those made with Bani Israel. This underscores the importance of upholding commitments and avoiding hypocrisy. The Quran addresses those who questioned the Prophet Muhammad’s lineage, highlighting the fulfillment of divine promises and the continuity of prophetic tradition through the lineage of Ibrahim. It cautions against breaking oaths and emphasizes the consequences of deceit, comparing it to the futile efforts of one who unravels a carefully spun thread. The Quran serves as a test of faith, revealing whether individuals prioritize righteousness over tribalism. Ultimately, Allah will make clear on the Day of Judgement the truth of their beliefs and actions.
