The Quran emphasizes the fundamental concept of Tawhid (Oneness of Allah) and contrasts it with associating partners with Him. This concept is illustrated through the impossibility of idols creating even a simple creature like a fly, highlighting the limitations of false deities. The text stresses that true success and guidance stem from a pure focus on Allah as the sole ideal, purpose, and beloved. A flawed ideal leads to a flawed individual, while a high ideal elevates one’s character. The Quran further explains that individuals often seek substitutes for Allah, whether through idols, nations, or even their own desires. True believers are called to prostrate before Allah, worship Him sincerely, and engage in righteous deeds – serving creation as an act of worship. This involves guiding others to the truth and striving for excellence. The Quranic message underscores that Allah chose humanity as witnesses over others, and there is no hardship in the religion of Islam, which is the path of Abraham. It emphasizes the importance of establishing prayer, giving charity, and remaining connected to Allah as the ultimate supporter.
