584 - AL-MOMIN (Ayat# 10-22)
The Quran elaborates on the stages of human existence, beginning with spiritual creation and extending through earthly life, death, and resurrection. This concept encompasses two experiences of life and death. The initial creation occurred in the realm of spirits, where humanity acknowledged Allah. This was followed by a first ‘death’—a transition into a state of unawareness. Subsequently, humans were brought into this world, experiencing a second ‘life’ with the awakening of consciousness within the womb. This earthly life is then followed by physical death, a second ‘death’, and a return to Allah. Following this, a further resurrection will occur, bringing humans before divine judgment. The Quran emphasizes that Allah is the ultimate authority and judge, rewarding those who believe and punishing those who reject His message. The verses highlight the importance of recognizing Allah’s signs and turning to Him sincerely, even after periods of disbelief. The ultimate power and judgment rest with Allah, the Exalted, the Great.
