The verses of Surah Al-Mutaffifin and Surah Al-Qamar allude to significant events and future occurrences. These revelations point to a period of spiritual darkness lasting six centuries, preceding the advent of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This era was characterized by a decline in prophetic guidance and the dominance of falsehood. The arrival of the Prophet brought a resurgence of divine light and the establishment of Islam across the Arabian Peninsula. However, subsequent internal conflicts, such as the battles of Jamal, Siffin, and Nahrawan, hindered further expansion. While growth continued under later caliphs, it did not maintain the same momentum. The Prophet foretold a future resurgence of Islam, a global dominance of the faith, mirroring its initial spread. This renewal will occur gradually, not within a single generation, but through sustained effort and commitment. The current state of the world reflects a fading of Islamic influence, akin to the twilight glow after sunset. Yet, the promise of a restored faith remains, a continuous and unending process of revival.
