The modern rebellion isn’t the denial of a higher power, but the exclusion of Allah – or any concept of the divine – from social, legal, and political systems. Contemporary laws are rooted in Roman traditions that deliberately marginalized the divine. Restoring Allah’s presence in collective life is the highest aspiration for humanity and requires a fundamental shift in how societies are structured and governed. This is the most elevated act a person can undertake.
