Hajj ki Hikmat aur Eid ul Azha - Dr Israr Ahmad

Hajj is uniquely performed at specific locations. Pilgrims travel to Mecca, perform Tawaf, and then proceed to Mina after the eighth of Dhulhijjah. They spend a night in Mina before departing for Arafat on the ninth, remaining there until after sunset. The Maghrib prayer is not offered in Arafat but in Muzdalifah alongside Isha. This entire process is tied to specific locations, expanding the concept of Hajj. The sacrifice, a significant component of Hajj, is extended to allow participation even for those unable to travel to Mecca. Similarities are drawn to the prohibitions during Ihram. Eid al-Adha is presented as an extension of Hajj, enabling Muslims worldwide to participate in one of its core rituals.
