The Day of Judgement will see individuals abandoning even family in their own self-preservation. The Quran emphasizes prioritizing one’s own salvation and protecting one's family from the fire of Hell. By striving on this path to the best of one’s ability, one becomes deserving of God’s forgiveness, which is the true and ultimate success.
