The initial test for humanity is the recognition of God after opening one's eyes to the world. This involves acknowledging the Creator, Sustainer, and Lord, and rejecting false deities. The difficulty of this test is directly proportional to the level of misguidance, polytheism, and disbelief present in one’s environment. Even in a seemingly religious society, true faith can be obscured by materialism. The story of Prophet Abraham exemplifies this struggle, as he was born into a society steeped in idol worship, political idolatry, and a complete absence of monotheism. He resolutely rejected all false gods and affirmed his devotion solely to the Creator of the heavens and the earth. This unwavering commitment to pure monotheism is the essence of passing the first test of humanity.
