Khula Ka Haq - Right to Divorce for Women - Dr. Israr Ahmad

The lecture also addresses the validity of a woman seeking divorce immediately after the marriage contract (rukhsati before khula) and remarriage to the same man. It clarifies that this constitutes a single divorce, preventing the husband from immediate reconciliation, but allows remarriage if the wife consents.
