Quran ki Tarteeb e Nuzooli - Why is it Reverse?

Dr. Israr Ahmad explains the seemingly reversed order of the Quran – the arrangement of descending revelation (tarteeb e nuzooli). As Islam became established as a system and a civilization, the focus shifted to practical laws and actions (a’maal).
