Wilayat: Allah Ki Hakumat - Divine Sovereignty

Sovereignty fundamentally belongs to Allah alone. The concept of *wilayat* (spiritual authority) originates from *wali* (friend, protector). Just as Allah possesses ultimate authority, legislative authority must also be acknowledged as belonging solely to Him. No individual or nation can unilaterally alter divine decrees. All powers vested in humanity are a sacred trust, granted by Allah and subject to His limitations. These authorities are an *amanat* (trust) and must be exercised within the bounds prescribed by divine law.
