The Quran is presented as the primary miracle of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Its greatest miracle in the modern world is its demonstrated ability to instigate a monumental revolution in human history, establishing a just system. This entire process operates through the message of the Quran, emphasizing its role as the foundation of transformative change and a call to action through its teachings.

The term ‘Infaq’ in the Quran differs from general charity. It’s not limited to helping the poor, orphans, or the needy. Infaq specifically refers to spending in the way of Allah – for the propagation, elevation, and establishment of the religion. This spending, considered a loan to Allah, fuels the struggle for Islam's dominance. Supporting relatives is a personal obligation, while investing in the religion is a direct loan to Allah, a debt He Himself acknowledges. This concept distinguishes between familial support and investment in faith.

True faith is demonstrated through actions motivated solely by devotion to God. Loving for God's sake and hating for God's sake are fundamental aspects of complete faith. Giving and withholding should also be done solely to please God, adhering to divine command. A believer’s love and animosity stem from adherence to or rejection of God’s principles, not personal desires. Fulfilling these four conditions – loving for God, hating for God, giving for God, and withholding for God – completes one’s faith.

Dr. Israr Ahmad discusses the reasons behind the lack of fervor within the Muslim community, connecting it to a lack of understanding of the prophetic revolution. He argues that the current state of disillusionment and self-destructive behaviors – exemplified by acts of desperation and misguided aggression – stem from a loss of direction and a failure to comprehend the principles of the Prophet Muhammad’s revolutionary message. He emphasizes that without grasping the essence of this revolution, individuals will remain lost and misdirected.

The earliest form of worship was standing in prayer at night, initially for two-thirds, then one-third of the night, with recitation of the Quran. At that time, only a portion of the Quran had been revealed. Later, during the eleventh year, five daily prayers were mandated in Makkah. Before this, practices like fasting, interest, gambling, and alcohol were not prohibited. There was no complete established Sharia law; only faith (Iman) existed.

Historically, exploitative systems thrived where rulers demanded half of the agricultural yield from laborers, funding lavish lifestyles and standing armies to suppress dissent. This system, characterized by forced charity and religious manipulation, contrasted sharply with the Islamic concept of Zakat, intended for the welfare of the poor, not the enrichment of rulers. The lecture details how Islam eradicated this exploitative feudalism, replacing it with a system prioritizing social justice and equitable distribution of wealth.
