To achieve any goal, one must control their base instincts and desires. Without self-discipline, life is reduced to a mere animalistic existence. A true human is defined by purpose, striving, hard work, sacrifice, and enduring hardship. Those who live without a defined purpose simply have life pass them by, falling below even the level of animals. The Quran, in Surah A'raf, compares such individuals to livestock, and even worse, as animals are created for a specific purpose, while these individuals squander their human potential.

Islam establishes four fundamental pillars of faith and practice. Two are related to belief – the declaration of faith – and two are acts of worship: prayer and fasting, which are obligatory for all Muslims regardless of wealth or status. Zakat is required of those with financial means, while pilgrimage to Mecca is an obligation for those who possess the ability to undertake it. Worldly assessments, even by kings and gem appraisers, only perceive a superficial aspect or historical facts. Genuine understanding of the Quran’s greatness is attainable only through divine revelation or the Prophet’s teachings.

The existence of multiple deities would inevitably lead to chaos and disorder within the universe, disrupting the established harmony. Conflicting wills and opinions would prevent the precise, balanced operation of creation. The consistent order observed—where every action aligns with its intended consequence—demonstrates a single, unifying will governing all existence. This consistency serves as proof of the oneness of God.
