Buying and selling shares in a company is permissible for a Muslim if the company conducts legitimate business. However, involvement with a company that manufactures alcohol is prohibited, making any shareholding or trade in it unlawful. Speculation within stock exchanges is also considered haram. Basic share trading itself is not forbidden, but additional complexities can render it impermissible.

True justice originates from God. The inherent system He established is fundamentally just. As loyal servants, it is our responsibility to uphold and implement this divine system. This requires a firm and unwavering stance for justice, utilizing all available resources and strength. This is not merely a response to societal turmoil, but a demand of our devotion to God. It necessitates standing as witnesses to His faith, embodying justice and fairness in all actions, and actively championing equitable principles.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) observed Tarawih prayers individually for only three nights, leading an eight-rak’ah congregation. He performed these prayers after the Tahajjud prayers. The practice of offering twenty rak’ahs in congregation did not exist during the Prophet’s era or the caliphate of Abu Bakr. It began during the caliphate of Umar ibn al-Khattab, who standardized the practice after observing fragmented congregations in the mosque. He instituted a system of twenty rak’ahs to be performed immediately after Isha, led by a single imam.
